Nice little shop up here in the mountains! One of the guys who works there looks like Rob Van Dam and that's so cool.
Last groceries in the middle of nowhere, good in light of that fact. Ketchup was $5 but it was a big bottle so not to bad.
Although this is a convenient location, I don't feel like it is very friendly toward all of the cyclists that like to visit here when they climb up the canyon. They have a minimum dollar threshold you have to reach in order to use a credit card, so given that a coke will cost about $2.00, you have to remember to bring cash, or be content with buying a bunch of extra groceries you don't necessarily want. Also, there are outhouses out front that are usually disgusting. I wish they would take better care of them.
A neat little mountain store,great for all basic needs & delicious food on the menu.(I recommend the monzano burger,or chilli cheese hot dogs)
I love The Morning Star Grocery because of its convenient location mostly. They have an extensive menu . The food was excellent the service was fast and friendly. Its a quaint little place up in the mountains.
