My wife and I have been banking at the Tijeras Wells Fargo Bank for well over 10 years. We have always had wonderful service and help in all our banking needs. Recently, we applied for a loan and Krystle, the Store Manager, and her entire staff were very helpful in the application process. Once the loan left the Tijeras branch office, we did have some communication problems with the out of State Wells Fargo processing office in providing additional documentation for our loan. But Krystal and Louise were quick to step in an smooth out our difficulties and our loan was processed very fast. Our hat goes off to Krystal and here staff for making a difficult loan application process into an enjoyable one. We can't recommend the Tijeras Wells Fargo branch location more.
Came in needing a new temp. Debit card after mine had stopped working while I was on the road. i came in on a saturday, which I guess are pretty slow and waited for a few mins for the only banker working that day(Krystal? Crystal?Krystle?) The manager at the branch. She asked what I needed, and got it figured out in a snap & was also super sweet, AND was even so kind as to make sure I was all set to go after she heard I was on the road. She made sure I didn't need anymore cash, took me to fill my water bottle , and even offered to let me use the restroom! Which is a new one for me, and I've asked before at multiple branch's. Customer service 10/10
